Privacy notice
Last updated: 24 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to the information you share on oluwaseyiashiru.com. In short: we use it to make your USE Pack and to follow up with you, and nothing else.
Who is responsible
Oluwaseyi Ashiru, Abuja, Nigeria. Contact: info@oluwaseyiashiru.com or WhatsApp +2347033134979.
What we collect
- Your answers on the Start page: what you want to put to use, the life area, your description, your goal, what stops you and the time you have.
- What you share: a link, or a video or audio file you upload.
- Your contact details: name, email and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.
- On your device only: your plan, your theme choice and your progress are saved in your own browser so you can come back to them. We can't see these.
How we use it
- To make your USE Pack and send it to you as a PDF by email.
- To understand where you are and suggest your next step, and to contact you about it.
- To improve the free and paid systems, using what people find hard (never sold or shared for advertising).
Where it is kept and who processes it
- Google: your entry is saved in a Google Sheet, and any file in Google Drive, in Oluwaseyi Ashiru's Google account. Emails are sent through Gmail.
- Google Gemini: your answers and the video you share are sent to Google's Gemini service to read the video and draft your pack. While the site uses Gemini's free tier, Google may use that content to improve its services; on a paid plan it doesn't.
- GitHub Pages hosts the website itself and may log basic visit data, such as IP addresses, for security.
These services may store data outside Nigeria. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send your entry.
How long we keep it
We keep entries for as long as we're working with you, and delete them within 24 months of your last contact, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, or object to how it's used. Email info@oluwaseyiashiru.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to send the entry with you.
